Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. And it will be changed according to the supermarket product rate on a daily basis.
‘Rathi Farms’ reserves the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price.
All fruits & vegetable prices on this website are given in Indian Rupees only. Any queries on extra bank charges, if deducted then you need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing and receipt is available online for reviewing all your ordered product details again to confirm the applicable price.
Some products which are listed on the web stores such as fresh fruits and vegetables are products where prices change on a daily basis. You will be billed the prices prevalent during the invoicing of the products.
Out of Stock situations
We ensure that all products listed on the site are available for selling. However, in case this is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2-3 business
Delivery Charges
Currently, no delivery charges for the delivery of the products but in future, the shipping and handling rates may vary. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return a product brought from us in case of damage or defect within 3 days. The return and exchange amount will be credit in user/customer account in 5-7 working days.
Important information:
- The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it if you want to exchange and want the money back.
- We may change our Return & Exchange policy from time to time but this will be similar to the previous one.
