New User Registration


Q-1: What is refrence column, what should i fill in this ?
Ans: You may mention the name who referred you to Rathi Farms App, this refrence name is used to activate your account.


Q-2: OTP sms is not received ?
Ans: Sometimes OTP may not generate if you have activated DnD (Do not Disturb) on your mobile number. However you will get an OTP in your email, you can use that OTP to complete registration.

Q-1: I have registered on App but still I can not proceed for checkout ?
Ans: You can check your user Activation status in your profile, you can only proceed for checkout after your account status is Active.


Q-2: I have registered on App but still I can not buy coins ?
Ans: You can check your user Activation status in your profile, you can only buy coins after your account status is Active.


Q-3: How can I change my address ?
Ans: You can send your new address to whatsapp link given at bottom of screen.


Place an Order


Q-1: Can I place order for product which is ‘Out of stock’ ?
Ans: You can place order for out of stock product in advance so that in next slot we will deliver it to you first. (Generally next slot is day after tomorrow).


Q-2: What is ‘Limited Stock’ showing on product image ?
Ans: It means you can place only one order for this product in a day, more than one order for a day is not available for this product.


Q-3: Why I always see some product ‘Out of stock’ and how can I purchase that ?
Ans: Farms products are limited and due to high demand product may go out of stock in early hours.
You can place order for out of stock product in advance so that in next slot we will deliver it to you first. (Generally next slot is day after tomorrow).


Q-4: Why there are two orders generated sometime ?
Ans: Order for ‘Out of stock’ products is separately created by system.

Q-5: When all products are available generally ?
Ans: Generally 11 AM to 5 PM all products are available.


Q-6: Why I can not find a product suddenly, yesterday it was showing there ?
Ans: When product is not available in Farm for somedays or permanently then it is not shown.


Order cancellation & return


Q-1: I have placed an order but I want to cancel it ?
Ans: You can cancel your order before it is completed in ‘orders & returns’ section. Swipe to cancel order. Coins will refunded immediately.


Q-2: Can I partially cancel order ?
Ans: No, you can not cancel order partially.


Q-3: Can I return any product ?
Ans: Yes, you can return any product for bad quality. You need to select % of bad quality and return. That % of value will be added to coins immediately. Note: Returned order is not picked back generally.


Q-4: What if i received bad quality ?
Ans: You can return product telling % of bad quality. That % of value will be added to coins immediately. Note: Returned order is not picked back generally.
